"I am blessed to be given the opportunity to play Cascades, as it allows me to improve as a player, play on a big stage, and travel to see friends around the country. But more than any of that I'm grateful for the platform the Cascades organization gives me to represent my city, advocate for gender equity, and coach the next generation of ultimate players. I believe ultimate is the best sport in the world not only because it is the most fun but also because it can be a catalyst for personal and societal change for the better."
