On Feb ***, the Seattle Cascades will invite high school (& middle school?) students into Memorial Stadium to participate in The Cascades Academy - a session of intensive skills and strategy work.

The Seattle Cascades are hosting a youth skill clinic **** in their home venue of Memorial Stadium on Friday, March 20.

The session will focus on solidifying the most fundamental skills for playing ultimate, while adding techniques and strategies to take it to the next level. (**add metrics?) The drills will conclude with a short scrimmage. We are providing some of the best coaches in Seattle to provide elite instruction for players. Our staff will include Seattle Cascades players and Seattle Riot players. There will be a variety of drills suitable for different levels of play, so all experience levels are encouraged to attend.

Registration is open to all students currently in*** high school, and spots will be filled on a first come basis. We are designating an equal number of registrations for females and males; all drills and scrimmaging will be single-gender.

When: Feb ** + time Check-in begins at 6:00 p.m., and ends at 6:45 p.m.

Cost: $30 per person – Pre-registration is required. Registration includes one free ticket to a Cascades game of their choosing plus reversible Cascades jersey!
